ABOUT PHIL ALSTRON
HISTORY
Phil Alstron Mining Corporation (PAMC), established in 2013, focuses on exploring copper and gold production under Mining Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 311-2010-XIII. The plant is located in Tubay, Agusan del Norte, Caraga Region XIII, Mindanao, Philippines. The project is led by Mr. Lim Hui Seng from Malaysia, along with Filipino partners Ms. Hazel B. Flores, Ms. Glaiza L. Dagaraga, and Mr. Alberto C. Estinoso.
Mr. Lim discovered the potential for gold and copper mining in 2010 during his visit to Butuan City, where he observed illegal mining activities. After extensive research, he identified the area as highly mineralized. He began small-scale mining under Bintang Mining Corporation, investing nearly RM100 million in exploration and infrastructure. Over the next five years, Mr. Lim gained expertise in the mining industry and, along with his partners, acquired two significant mining tenements, MPSA 311 and MPSA 310, in 2013. These tenements were reassigned to PAMC and its sister company, Asia Alstron Mining Corporation, marking the start of large-scale mining operations.
